Syrians to take to the streets to protest Russia's vote against U.N. resolution
I read this morning that the US will intervene in this crisis, but "not with boots on the ground". What political signal do you think this sends to the Syrians and to the the Global Community?
I think that the US is saying that they will intervene but not in a physical way more of a strategic way. The US doesn't want to send troops to engage in fighting- Marcus J
