What they mean by social intelligence is knowing how to be social with people. For example in order to hold a conversation you have to have social intelligence which is how you can develop this skill.

The way you keep yourself out of the "crosshairs of outsourcing" is by Taking self-initiative to constantly improve your skills, pushing yourself outside of your comfort zone, becoming a perpetual student, and quickly adapting to new realities.
3. Why is learning another language a good idea for the Future?
Learning another language is a good idea for the Future because those who know how to empathize and adjust their communications and style of collaboration, will always have an advantage when working across geographies and cultures.
4. What is "computational thinking" and explain how you already do this?
Computational thinking is being analytical which becomes center-stage as data is everywhere. We already use this while we are analyzing things that we see everyday like sifting through dozens of emails, or crunching huge Excel spreadsheets.

A design mindset is what refers to the ideas and attitudes by which a person approaches a situation

Cognitive load management is another way of saying be aware of your digital distractions by including effectively managing your channels, deciding where to participate vs. where not to and taking a disciplined approach to managing distractions as opposed to real priorities.

1. The ability to talk fluently and have an engaging conversation, whether it be casual or in a more business setting. One can exercise this skill by talking to friends or colleagues, making sure the conversation is proper and engaging.

Many of us work globally every day, interacting with a multitude of cultures, but those who know how to empathize and adjust their communications and style of collaboration, will always have an advantage when working across geographies and cultures.
The ability to translate vast amounts of into actual insight is now, more than ever a critical skill.
